How your message is handled

Messages are stored in a private enquiry system hosted through OpenAI ChatGPT Sites. Server records are available for 30 days after receipt; expired records are excluded from retrieval and removed during subsequent reception or retrieval clean-up. Copies retrieved to the local enquiry app are checked for expiry when it next retrieves enquiries.

The enquiry database does not save raw IP addresses, browser User-Agent strings, visitor identifiers or tracking cookies. The hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to provide the service.

We review enquiries and use the reply address when a response is needed. Please allow time for a reply. This form does not provide trading or investment advice.
